Gbagee Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the gbagee.pro website and its associated mobile application ("Platform") and all registered members ("you" or "member").

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gbagee offers bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply in all cases:

• Withdrawals are not permitted until a specified wagering requirement has been met after receiving a bonus. The wagering requirement is typically 10–30x the bonus amount।

7 Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on gbagee:

• If a live bet is interrupted after the match has started, it may be settled based on the result at that point in time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbagee and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Use for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Bonus abuse — including multiple accounts, false identities, or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Arbitrage betting or use of betting software/bots
• Accessing another person's account or placing bets under someone else's identity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to gbagee's systems

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Gbagee may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If these terms are violated
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Upon the member's own request
• Under regulatory authority directive

10 Responsible Gaming Policy
